EnrollHere designed EnrollHere.me so older adults and people with disabilities can learn the ID.me sign-in process with dignity and independence. The target for this release is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Accessibility features
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, buttons, and links
- A skip link and logical keyboard focus order
- Highly visible focus indicators
- Large body text, generous line spacing, and an optional larger-text mode
- Controls sized beyond WCAG 2.2’s minimum pointer-target requirement
- Color contrast designed to meet Level AA; information is not conveyed by color alone
- Responsive layouts that reflow at phone and high-zoom widths
- No time limits, flashing content, autoplay, drag-only controls, or authentication puzzles
- Plain language and repeated safety instructions
- Reduced-motion and forced-colors support
Known limitations
An independent assistive-technology review and review by people with disabilities are recommended before public launch. Brand and service logos must retain useful alternative text, required clear space, and a readable minimum size.

Describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format you need. Do not include passwords, security codes, or identity documents.
Standards and approach
The accessibility work follows the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 and the U.S. Department of Justice’s web accessibility guidance. Accessibility is ongoing work, with regression checks required for future releases.
