One account for many places

You verify your identity once. You can then use the same ID.me Wallet at participating government, health care, and shopping websites.

ID.me does not decide your benefits. The agency or organization still makes that decision.

You can add another email

ID.me does not read your email. It lets you add email addresses you own to your ID.me Wallet.

1. Sign in to ID.me My Wallet.
2. Choose Profile, then Add an email.
3. Enter the code ID.me sends to that email.

A second email can help if you lose access to your first one. The same email cannot be used on two ID.me Wallets.

What is ID.me Shop?

ID.me Shop is a website for discounts and cash-back offers. Some offers are for military members, veterans, nurses, teachers, first responders, students, and other communities.

• Choose an offer in ID.me Shop.
• ID.me may ask you to verify your community.
• The store may apply a discount or give you a promo code.

Shopping is optional. You do not need to use ID.me Shop to access government services. Cash back has separate rules and may require a linked PayPal account.
